Triple Letter Score

It’s the gift that keeps on giving! Tommy has written yet another story in his amazing ‘Cutting School and Playing Games‘ series. The title is ‘Triple Letter Score’, so what’s the game this time? Uhm… Let’s see…

Yahtzee? Nah. It’s all about numbers in this game.

Twister? Nope. Already had that one.

Rummikub? No. That one…

Oh, stop it, Jason! It’s SCRABBLE, you idiot! 🙂

You guessed it, folks! Scrabble is a game that has to be in the series. Fun fact: OXYPHENBUTAZONE is the highest possible score with Scrabble for a single word. When you manage to place it across the left side of the board, hitting all three Triple Word Score squares and creating seven crosswords. (This is a theoretical maximum, as it requires a specific board setup and the ability to play seven additional words simultaneously.) If everything is done right, the score will be 1728 points. I’m guessing you’ve won the game with this one.

As always, Tommy managed to give it a great spin that sparks our interest! Great job again, Tommy! I’m positive the readers will enjoy themselves tremendously with this one!
