Cali’s words: Empress of the World is one that was a lot of fun writing. It’s about a teenage girl and her preteen brother forced to share a bed on a cruise ship. I’m pretty sure I had one of Alex Hawk’s stories (The Triton Adventure – JC) in mind when I wrote it. It really is a lot of fun. During the cruise, the boy also figures out he’s bisexual when he falls in love with a boy a year or two older than himself.
